1. Clicker does not blink at all after connecting. First of all, make sure that you connected additional power to Camera Adapter (Lightning cable) and iPhone is charging. If you did it and Clicker is still not blinking, then most likely the button is stuck. You don't need this button in 99% cases. If it's pressed, Clicker will launch bootloader at start instead of the normal run. Try to hook the button with a knife and peel it back a little bit.
2. Mouse stuck during swiping. It happens sometimes and there are two solutions to this issue. First thing you should do is to click the grey circle (from AssistiveTouch) and press "Notification Center". It will reset the layout, and most likely this bug will disappear. But if it doesn't, the second thing you should try is to completely restart Clicker. Luckily, you can do it remotely. Press the restart button to the left of "CLICKER CONNECTED" indicator. Mouse pointer will disappear for a minute, and then start working again.
3. Pointer always moves to the bottom right corner. Are you using old iPhone (X and earlier)? If yes, switch to the Legacy Mode. Old iPhones do not support normal mouse. In Legacy Mode you control iPhone with a keyboard. When you turn it on, you will see the tip.
Watch our Legacy Mode video for more info.
4. Pointer moves in reversed directions. Take your iPhone in hands vertically to make sure it's in Portrait mode. Lock the Portrait mode in the top menu.
5. Swipes stopped working (or "wake up the phone" feature doesn't work). Though simple clicks still work fine. This is an iOS bug, existing for ages. If this issues happens, you need to go to Settings → Accessibility → Touch → AssistiveTouch (just like on first setup) and turn OFF and then back ON the AssistiveTouch.
This has to be done manually, because the moment you turn off AssistiveTouch, Clicker stops working. But if it's a problem for you (you may be not near the phone), then better take measures beforehand. Create this simple script in Apple's Shortcuts app, which resets AssistiveTouch for you by icon click:
Now you can click the icon and the issue will be fixed in a second. Normal clicks still work fine with this bug, so it won't be a problem.
